Management Assistant

Beschreibung

You are an all-round administrative person, supporting different departments in the organization:
- Finance, HR, Operations: entry of invoices, entry of orders, ERP listings, registration of hours, VAT Certifications, prepare lists from the ERP system, being the back-up of the Logistic Buyer

 

 

Excellent level of English (speaking and writing)

Excellent knowledge of MS Office

Experience with working in an ERP system is an asset

 

Working for an international company, with Belgian headquarters

The job is very challenging and has a lot of variety, not one day is the same.
