Technical Team Leader

Beschreibung

As a technology specialist, you work very closely with the operators from the Welding and the Sheet Metal teams to jointly improve quality, delivery performance and efficiency.
You support the production manager in his/her global production planning of people, production orders and efficiency.

 

 

  • You motivate, support, and allow people to grow in their operational activities
  • You improve the internal and external scrap by better guiding people, by continuously questioning the technology and by looking for better solutions.
  • You closely follow the planning as determined by the production planner and look for solutions to shorten lead time.
  • By contributing to good planning, less quality loss, supporting and motivating your team, you increase the turnover per paid hour.

 

 

Experience 

Minimum 10 years of experience in Technology/Metal sector

Other Experience 

Very broad experience in technology, by preference have worked with the machines yourself

Experience in leading teams

Languages 

Fluency in Dutch, basic knowledge French and English

Technical Competencies 

CNC knowledge within machining technology

Business Competencies  

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being able to work independently
  • Result driven
  • Being able to steer and coach teams
