Description
Main responsibilities:
• Coordinate offer request with sales engineer, send & follow up offer to customer
• Order intake and confirmation with ERP system
• Plan orders into MRP according defined lead-times
• Maintain price book for your customers
• Follow up orderbooks internally and externally
• Communication with dedicated customers
• Communication with engineering and purchase

• ERP administration
Profile
Bachelor degree
Ability to work in team,
good time management,
multicultural teamwork,
excellent customer communication,
precise and punctual,
assertive
1 or 2 days commercial fiels services
Kwalifications
- Basic know-how of ERP parametrization and ordering
- Basic technology know how of sheet metal forming, assembly, welding, painting and metal machining technology
- French, Dutch, English
- experience with commercial field services
