Purpose of the job:
Ordering, (de)expedite and communication of all purchase parts needed for plant operations with approved suppliers and agreed purchase prices in order to realize on time deliveries for the plant.
Accountabilities and job description
Close cooperation with:
-Daily placing orders with ERP system to all suppliers for the plant
-Follow-up orders (order confirmations, overdue follow-up, invoice approval,..) and (de)expedite
-Close communication with (critical) suppliers to place and receive orders in time with agreed price
-Send and follow-up request for quotations
b. Supply chain management & engineering
-ERP parametrization of articles according purchase agreements and supply chain strategy
-Order new parts as par received RFQ
c. Category buyer/purchase manager
-Follow and support the choices to be made for articles, suppliers and prices (all prices, suppliers to be agreed with
-Regularly work meetings with Purchase Manager to define actions & follow-up
-Integrate commodity management
Min. Bachelor education background
Fluency in English
Being able to work independently,

Be able to work in a multicultural background
